How do I return an item?
We want you to be happy, and we will do what we can to make that happen.

Almost everything we sell is made to order, so we don’t love accepting returns. However, because the purchase was decided from a photo, we offer a refund within 15 days of receipt, unless the item is engraved or a dog collar. In that case, unless we have made a mistake, those items are not refundable. An in store credit is available for 6 months after receipt of all purchases. Anything bought from us in person, be it at a fair or show, can be returned for store credit only. In this case, I think you have had the item in hand and know what it feels like as well as looks like. We have had less than 12 returns in 25 years so not to be worried.

Dog Collars and custom engraving are not returnable
