How to contact us:

You can email us . You can call us at 718-361-5544. We are available from 9am-6pm EST Monday through Friday by phone and are almost always connected to our email!

Order status:

You can sign into your account. With your email address and password, you can sign-in and view the history of all your orders. If you do not see what you are looking for please  email us and we will find out what happened and contact you. We always send you an email with your tracking number when the order is completed and shipped.

Shipping and returns:

 

FineARF will ship worldwide within 1 to 7 days of receiving your order from Cold Spring, NY 10516. We send you the tracking number so you can track the progress of the shipment. We use US Post, UPS or FedEX if requested.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

 

All our sterling castings are made in New York using a special non tarnishing silver. It costs more, but we think it’s worth it.  Polishing takes place In providence RI at a father son operation that does the finest work I have ever found. That’s why Tiffany and the US Army use them as well. Our polishing process has 12 steps, from tumbling the raw silver, to bombing any residual fire, oxidation, de-greasing and more. The finished piece is clean, defined and weighty.

Over the past 20 years in business we have never wavered from making our products in the United States. Some things we buy in South Carolina I know are made in India, but for leather cord, it is the best available. We do use a hand braided leather cord in red and black leather that are made in the mountains of Columbia. We use it for bracelets and necklaces.

We stand behind every piece that bears our name. We offer a refund without question if the item is returned within 15 days of receipt. Engraved items not returnable.

RETURNS

How do I return an item?
We want you to be happy, and we will do what we can to make that happen.

Almost everything we sell is made to order, so we don’t love accepting returns. However, because the purchase was decided from a photo, we offer a refund within 15 days of receipt, unless the item is engraved or a dog collar. In that case, unless we have made a mistake, those items are not refundable. An in store credit is available for 6 months after receipt of all purchases. Anything bought from us in person, be it at a fair or show, can be returned for store credit only. In this case, I think you have had the item in hand and know what it feels like as well as looks like. We have had less than 8 returns in 20 years so not to be worried.

Dog Collars and custom engraving are not returnable

How to care for your jewelry:

 

Recently I’ve learned that silica, which is in those little packets that come with new tech or perishables like fresh flowers can also be used to ward off tarnish on sterling silver.  So save those little annoying pillow things and stick them in your drawer with all your FineARF sterling.  You will be happily surprised.

 

Of course washing your jewelry in the shower (no leather) is also a great way to keep it clean. The oil from our fingers is the enemy of clean silver so wash it with you.

 

A jewelry cloth is essential if you are a sterling silver lover. The Italians rhodium plate their silver so it does not tarnish, but it is also rather white and without definition.  Our models are designed to be oxidized, giving depth and luster to our charms and bracelets.  A quick wipe with a jewelers cloth and any discoloration vanishes with ease. Especially great for sterling that is mixed with leather that should not get wet.
