We use US Post, UPS or FedEX  if requested.
Your order is charged on the day it ships and not before.
We send you the tracking number so you can track the progress of the shipment.

Returns:  Almost everything we sell is made to order, so we don’t love accepting returns.  However, because the purchase was decided from a photo, we offer a refund within 15 days of receipt, unless the item is engraved or a dog collar.  In that case, unless we have made a mistake, those items are not refundable.  An in store credit is available for 1 month after receipt of all purchases.  Anything bought from us in person, be it at a fair or show, can be returned for store credit only.  In this case, I think you have had the item in hand and know what it feels like as well as looks like.  We have had less than 8 returns in 20 years so I’m not too worried.
